Program Description:

Project Management Fundamentals, Part One examines the phases of the Project Management Life Cycle, and a project manager's role in each phase. It defines basic project success criteria and common reasons for project failure and
describes techniques for setting up a strong project team and determining the elements of a Risk Management Plan.

After successfully completing this course, you will be able to:
