Program Description:
This AIB course provides participants with the skills
and product knowledge needed to identify and refer
individual trust prospects. It explores the basic
elements of a trust, trust terminology, and common
trust products.
After successfully completing this course, the student will be able to:
- Describe the basic elements of a trust
- Describe basic trust products and terminology
- Identify five key reasons clients need/want a trust
- Define a typical client’s needs and objectives
- Identify prospects and provide a client- benefit focused referral for trust services
Who Should Attend:
Personnel who initiate referrals of trust services but
are not involved in making or closing the sale, such
as tellers, personnel involved with new accounts,
statement window, and safe deposit, and operations
support staff.
