Program Description:
This seminar is intended for those who have a basic understanding of loan documentation and wish to refine, confirm, and/or polish their skills. Topics discussed have been selected based on frequently asked questions during nationwide seminars. Participants will receive a practical, "real world" intensive review of critical loan documentation issues related to collateral other than real estate.

Loan officers, loan review personnel, senior note and credit department personnel, experienced loan secretaries, credit analysts, management trainees and auditors. Presenter:
Mark Tyrpin is senior vice-president for First Federal Bank in Quincy, IL. He has 18 years of banking experience including commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, loan rehabilitation and workouts. Prior to that, Mark was an investment banker for five years, specializing in municipal finance and trading. He teaches economics classes at area community colleges and conducts seminars on lending throughout the Midwest.
