Program Description:
The CFT/CBW Commercial Lending School was created to provide mid-level bank officers and commercial loan officers a thorough understanding of commercial lending administration. The purpose of the school is to provide that information by:

- Understanding the borrower and loan management alternatives available to a lender in the event of loan default
- Providing a strong foundation of financial analysis, along with in-depth case studies that allow the student to apply lessons learned
Format:

- Scheduling sessions over six months instead of five consecutive days
- Breaking information into manageable chunks
- Reviewing key concepts throughout the school to make those points stick
- Making the information relevant through relevant through real life case studies
- Encouraging group discussion
