Program Description:
For better commercial loan decisions, you need to learn how to perform required calculations and get behind the numbers to interpret the results. Being able to prepare better loan presentations, understand the lending decision, and identify risks when monitoring credit is crucial to success.
This seminar takes off where basic seminars end and is intended for those who need to expand their capacity to understand the financial position and borrowing needs of their customers. A case study will be completed, which will teach, expand, and refresh participant understanding of financial ratio analysis techniques. Evaluation of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and overtrading are the key focus of the ratio analysis of this fast-paced program.
Cash Flow Analysis is the primary focus of this seminar, which is low on theory and high on practicality with immediate useful tools for financial analysis. Please bring a financial calculator.
