DATE:

2/8/2007

LOCATION:

Live Webinar broadcast

INSTRUCTOR:

Carl Pry

TIME:

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Central time

COST: $245 per location

Program Description:

The new BSA/AML Exam procedures are forcing many institutions to take a closer look at their compliance programs. Central to the requirements is a comprehensive risk assessment covering all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, USA Patriot Act, and Foreign Asset Control compliance. This must be tailored to the specific risks your institution faces. You must look at your own customers, products, and geographic areas in which you do business in order to determine component risk profiles, as well as an overall risk profile of your institution.

Would you be ready for a visit by the examiners? The information presented in this session will help you understand the rules and what examiners expect.

This two-hour course covers:

  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
  • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
  • Geographic factors
  • Higher-risk products and services
  • BSA activities risk
  • How to put it all together

Plus frequent question and answer sessions throughout this presentation.

Who Should Attend:

Compliance officers, auditors, and attorneys will benefit from this information, as they often are the ones who must draft these complex programs, administer them, and audit them.
