Mary Jane (MJ) Paris brings a broad base of experience in management, leadership and employee development gained from more than 25 years in management, sales, retail banking, training, recruiting, coaching, project management, event planning and community leadership.
Her common sense approach and practical experience combined with her dynamic presentation skills provide a solid foundation for understanding her client’s needs and challenges.
MJ currently serves as President and Executive Board member of the Fairfield County Chapter of Financial Women International, is a member of the Foundation’s Paragon Circle as a workshop design team member and Certified Program Facilitator.
She is an Adjunct Professor in the Business Administration Department at Housatonic Community College, Bridgeport, and a member of the Business Department Advisory Board.
