- Look through the CFT schedule or seminar calendar and choose the course(s) or seminar(s) which meet your personal and professional goals. Print and complete the PDF Registration Form or use our Online Registration form.
- Contact the CFT Rep at your organization who will explain your company policy regarding tuition reimbursement. If you do not know who your CFT Rep is, contact us by email or call the CFT office at 414-332-6468.
- Check to see if the course you are interested in requires a prerequisite. Look for the "Prerequisite" notation directly under the course title or see the course description. A Prerequisite Completion Form or Prerequisite Waiver Form must be attached to your Registration Form for any course requiring a prerequisite. Contact the CFT office to obtain this form.
- Register timely. Ensure your spot in a class or seminar by registering as soon as possible. Don't wait for the deadline! By registering on time you will ensure your spot in the course and help CFT avoid cancelling a course due to low enrollment.
- IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
- Fill out the CFT Registration Form (PDF) for courses or seminars legibly.
- Mark the start of the course or date of seminar on your calendar. CFT does not send confirmations.
- Make sure your supervisor and/or organization's representative has signed your form, and send or fax it to the CFT office. Keep a copy for your records. Registrations received without proper authorization will not be processed. If pre-payment is not included with the registration, CFT will bill your organization.
